This is a static site: no account, no form, no basket. The only data collected is by Google Analytics, and only if you accept it.
What is collected, only with your consent
Until you click “Accept” in the banner, no analytics storage is placed on your device: the Google tag loads in Consent Mode with storage denied by default.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records:
- the pages you view and the order you view them in;
- how you arrived (search engine, direct link);
- device type, browser, language, country;
- clicks on buttons leading to a pass seller (the
affiliate_clickevent), so we can tell which comparisons are actually useful.
IP addresses are anonymised. No personally identifying data is collected, and nothing is sold on.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a), collected through the banner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months — the Google Analytics 4 default — then deleted automatically.
Recipients and transfers
The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, acting as a processor. Transfers to the United States may occur, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Affiliate links set a cookie on the seller's own domain after your click, so a booking can be credited to this site. That is covered by the seller's policy (Awin, GetYourGuide).
Changing your mind
Refusing is as easy as accepting: click “Refuse” in the banner. If you already answered and want to change it, clear this site's local storage in your browser settings and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@city-pass-paris.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
